24/7....

24/7? How often we worry about/think about our children....we are hard wired to have thoughts of them bubble away underneath our consciousness from cradle to grave I suspect. When they are small they make your arms ache and when big they make your heart ache. Even when we are not aware of it I think the 'where are they, how are they' is our default setting.
I have just tried to post a comment on a blog to be told that 'the admins' would read it before posting it, which seemed a strange 'after approval' message, and auntiegwen and trish have told me that they sometimes can't post comments here .... mmmmmm...what can be going on I wonder?

I often write comments to you and I get a message saying I'm not allowed to post and I log out and then recomment and log back in and then sometimes it takes it sometimes it doesn't, I try to comment many more times than you actually see comments :)

Steve......saw someone breastfeeing a baby just recently and I had a bit of an 'I'm old my babies are grown' wobbly moment.
Kellogsville..how curious! I am, as you know, practically a luddite, so don't tamper with anything bloggy....and I think of you as the queen of all technology, so if you don't understand it there is no hope for me!

I've never had an trouble commenting with you. It's great though when people let you know. I know once when I was including stuff from the internet and not re-formatting it, that it froze the screen for some readers. Or maybe the higher ups are keeping their eye on you for a secret mission

I`m going through all that palaver that Kellogsville is to leave comments. Still a case of unticking the `stay signed-in` box when you remember to!
Don`t worry Libs, when the grandbabies come along you get to do it all over again, only this time with even more worry!ha ha ha

You're so right and they SO don't understand and think you are a whiny old nag. And my reply is 'just wait till you are a parent, then you'll get it'!

I've been having comment problems on several blogs lately. Must be going around.

One reason I decided not to have kids was because of what you mentioned. I want to live my life focusing on my life, not worrying about what's happening in someone else's. I've been told that's selfish. Perhaps it is, but I prefer honesty to the other options, like having a child because it makes other people feel better about me. I only get one go-around on this dear mudball, and I want to spend every minute exploring my world.
