Sunday lunch potatoes? just went into the garden and dug 'em up! ......
First potatoes we have ever grown ourselves......so looking forward to trying them.
We've only just started to grow a few things - we have the biggest raspberries I've ever seen and some excellent runner beans. Not tried tatties yet: must really get into this more.
I planted six seed potatoes and yesterday [I could not wait another moment...]dug up eight small ones. They tasted lovely but that's it for me...six runner beans off six plants...courgettes that grow to the size of my little finger then rot. Nah! Going to be rose bushes there next year. The were scrumptious though.

Yum yum! We grow potatoes every year and they're fab - all home grown veg is. Hope they tasted as good as they looked.
Mmmmm... boiled with onions and slathered in butter, salt, and pepper...
