Have just been at a lovely 'long lost family' party.....a re-uniting of cousins that makes me feel happy and melancholic...happy to see them but sad that since childhood closeness we have drifted apart and missed all those years in between .....we are all now middle aged and not the boys and girls that used to be out for long summer hours playing or building and riding trolleys, and wandering around bluebell woods....oh I miss those days.....being grown up is very definately not all its cracked up to be......
